By 1991, Harvey recognized the need for a company that specialized only on water heater installations. So, they created Dial-a-Water-Heater. Dial-a-Water-Heater was marketing the traditional way via radio and tv advertising. At the same time, the Internet began to change how businesses connected with their clients. With great foresight, in 1994 Harvey was able to obtain the top level domain name waterheaters.com. Scott Kolin In 1999, I (Scott Kolin) took over the helm and created Waterheaters.com, and, as they say; the rest is history.
