"Magellan Plumbing founder John Whitney began his career in the plumbing industry in 2014. During his training, he gained experience in warehousing and inventory management, plumbing diagnostics, service and repair, and remodels. After working as a technician for a few years, he was promoted to plumbing service manager. He was later promoted to general manager, overseeing the company field operations. In 2022 John and his family moved to North Carolina, opening a plumbing company of their own. Because of John's experience as a plumbing technician and manager, he understands the importance of doing the job the right way the first time, limiting callbacks that can cost a client valuable time and frustration."
