Rocky's Heating Service

Rocky and Catherine Pavey established Rocky’s Heating Service in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1994. The business began as a one-man shop, operating out of a garage. We now have 15 full time employees operating out of an 8,500 square foot shop. As we grew, so did our reputation as a business dedicated to prompt, professional, and courteous service. We schedule heating system maintenance appointments, and respond promptly to emergency heating repair calls. Our well trained office staff takes customer calls immediately. We quickly dispatch experienced technicians for emergency heating service and repair work. Our experienced team designs and installs new heating systems in both new construction and remodeling. We support customers throughout the areas of Fairbanks, North Pole, Salcha, Ester, Two Rivers and select remote locations around Alaska. Our office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We also provide after hours emergency service. Rocky’s Heating Service will not compromise the caliber of our workmanship for any reason. Our customers deserve and expect more. We will continue to improve the quality of our service. Rocky’s will never become complacent or accept being, “just another heating contractor” in the interior of Alaska.
