You have found the plumber you will use forever!
Better People. Better Equipment. Better Prices.
You can count on courteous, professional people plus the best equipment in the business. From our super-efficient Spartan hydro-jetting system to our Gorlitz rooter machines, we provide the service and the tools to get the job done right the first time!
We offer 24 hour emergency plumbing service, 7 days a week. We are a member of the Registry of Contractors, the Tucson Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Angie’s List and Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors (PHCC National and Arizona). Our expertise is in plumbing services both small and large, including but not limited to the services described below.
Drain Cleaning
We arrive at your residence prepared to identify and fix your drain problem. Silverado Rooter & Plumbing trucks carry snakes capable of reaching 300′ and video inspection equipment so you can see the problem for yourself.
Water Heater
We install, repair, or replace your electric or gas water heater. We install so many water heaters that our prices are great because of quantity buying.
Backflow Testing
Simply put, back flow is anywhere “bad water” has the chance to mix with “good water”. The back flow test is fairly simple. Every testable back flow device has test ports built into it to allow yearly testing. Our back flow technician will connect a test kit to the device and verify proper operation. Silverado Rooter and Plumbing has backflow testing certification.
Video Sewer Inspection Services
Sewer line backups are common during monsoon, due to rain water entering sewer pipes via cracks. New tree root growth from the spring can cause sewer backup issues as roots are drawn towards the sewer line as a source of nutrition. With our video technology, Silverado Rooter & Plumbing can video inspect your sewer lines to let you know if you are susceptible to a sewer line backup or if damage has already occurred.
Complete Rooter Services
Rooter Service originated because roots were the main culprit in old plumbing clogs. Today roots aren’t as common a nuisance as they were in the early days of plumbing, but still are a big problem. Over the years as the ground has shifted, contracted and expanded, old pipe connections are not so water tight anymore. They may not be broken or separated, but a microscopic hole may have opened up. A root finds its way into that opening and on to a perfect environment of moisture, darkness and warmth. Silverado Rooter & Plumbing uses state of the art equipment to find where roots are invading your pipes and cut them out, treat them to keep them from coming back, or reline pipes to block the roots from entering.
Hydrojet Cleaning of 2′ Pipes to 24′ Sewer Lines
Hydrojet Cleaning is a method of cleaning with high pressure streams of water to remove build up and debris in tanks and lines. This process is like power washing. Silverado Rooter & Plumbing uses state of the art equipment to clean pipes and sewer lines.
Gas, Sewer & Water Line Repair and Replacement
Sewer line and drain line backups cause millions of dollars in damage annually. If improperly installed, gas lines, water lines and sewer lines can cause severe damage. If you detect a leaky pipe, foul sewage smell or natural gas leak, you should schedule an inspection. Our plumbers can handle all repairs, replacements and installation.
Polybutylene Repair & Replacement
Polybutylene pipe is the gray tubing that was made between the late 70’s and mid 90’s. Making repairs and connections in Polybutylene pipe can be a challenge because the Quest fittings are no longer made. So, unless you are ready for a complete repipe you will need to transition to another type of pipe when making repairs. Silverado Rooter & Plumbing can provide options for transitioning from Polybutylene pipes.
Plumbing Services
Call us to fix anything, including the kitchen sink! We fix leaky faucets, pipes or toilets, install fixtures and appliances and install hot water heaters and sump pumps. We can also handle larger jobs such as installing or replacing gas lines, water mains and sewer lines, and replacing potentially harmful polybutylene pipes.
